Booked a viewing for a property over 3 weeks ago. They cancelled twice. Rebooked then cancelled again. Made me leave work early cancel a meeting and made me drive 40 mins only then to let me know when I was 3 mins away they can’t access the vacant property again. Disgusting service, no apologies just ‘yeah something came up like 2 hours ago but we could only call you now’. Just avoid this company if you are a landlord they will waste your time.

Recently, I encountered a challenge that has left me feeling quite disappointed. After entering into a payment plan with my landlord, I submitted a referencing fee of £155. Unfortunately, when I reached out for assistance, I was informed that there was nothing they could do to help my situation. I was surprised to find that no alternative solutions were offered, such as the possibility of a guarantor. I even expressed my willingness to pay off my arrears in full before considering their property, but my proposal was declined. I feel lost and disheartened by the level of service I received. It would greatly benefit potential tenants if LocateHomes provided clear criteria for their referencing process, ensuring everyone understands what is being assessed. I hope my feedback can encourage improvements for a more transparent and supportive approach in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.

We have rented a property managed by Locate Properties for the last eight years. During that time Locate have been nothing short of excellent when dealing with issues that arise from time to time, communicating with us effectively throughout and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
