Appalling, unprofessional behaviour and attitude by your choice estate agents. My parents were interested in one of their properties and wanted to apply for it but after the viewing I was blocked from calling the landline. I tried calling for 2 days but eventually I gave up. There is no reason for why we have been blocked. The irony is prior to booking a viewing, Tariq made me call my guarantor and confirm he is happy to be my guarantor because he didn't want his "time wasted". In the end, this company wasted our time. I would not recommend them and wish I had seen the negative reviews sooner. I'm glad this happened because if this is their attitude at this stage I can only imagine how nightmarish their service would be as landlords.

Fantastic service from Khalid even though I was not his client. He went above and beyond to ensure we were able to complete a very complicated purchase by constantly chasing up third parties to help drive the outcome we needed against a challenging time scale. Very honest and trust worthy and will always return a call if he cant answer. I would recommend him and his company to anyone that requires any property related services they provide. Without his drive and willingness to go above and beyond we would never have completed this sale.

Tariq has proven to be an unreliable and difficult landlord. He blocked me from contacting him by phone and consistently ignored any communication regarding repairs in the apartment. However, he became responsive only when I withheld rent. During my tenancy at 9 Ingleby Place, Bradford, I endured living with rats and mice for a year. Despite being advised to seal the holes in front of the house and in the cellar, he refused to take any action. He also declined to replace a broken tap, insisting I should manage with it because a replacement cost £150, which he deemed excessive. Tariq seems determined to withhold deposits unfairly at the end of tenancy agreements. To this day, he claims I owe him money without providing any evidence. I submitted all my utility bill statements, including the final meter readings, but he rejected them, alleging they were incomplete because I redacted confidential personal information. Even though EDF confirmed in writing that I was responsible for all bills during my tenancy, he still refused to accept it. He demanded that I repaint the entire house due to a small pen scratch, which I did. He also complained about the carpet, so I cleaned it thoroughly, yet he remained dissatisfied. I have now filed a statutory declaration with the Deposit Protection Scheme, requesting they compel him to release my deposit. DPS had paid me my deposit in full after my appeal. I won the appeal because Tariq didn’t prove any point for withholding my Deposit after I lent the apartment. OUR CHOICE AGENT especially Tariq is can never ever to be trusted. Avoid them if possible especially Tariq
