Chris was a very kind and genuine man. He made the whole process easier for me when planning my Dads funeral. Chris was respectful of my situation to try and make it all happen fast, as I live in Australia and needed to try get things planned quickly. Chris went above and beyond, and I was very thankful I chose Cloverfield Funeral Services to honour my Dad.
We went with Cloverfield recently for my mother-in-law's direct cremation and I honestly don't think anything I say can describe how truly wonderful Chris was to our family. He really made the whole experience so personal. He was so kind and thoughtful when it came to our wishes and those of my late mother-in-law. He went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Chris and the team, who have been outstanding from day 1 when we first called regarding my mother in laws funeral. The personal touches and the level of support we have been has given the whole famiy huge amounts of comfort in the truly most difficult of times. I can not praise Cloverfield enough. Within five minutes of speaking with Chris, I was filled with absolute confidence. And I wasn't disappointed! Everything on the day of my brothers funeral went to plan. Cloverfield offer a caring level of customer service far beyond expectations, coupled with very Reasonable funeral costs. You can't go wrong with this company; and I highly recommend them.
Chris provided a first class service right from the start. He treated myself and partner with understanding and respect which gave me great comfort and made us feel at ease in the most difficult days ever. Knowing our baby girl was been looked after by Chris helped in many ways . Chris was professional, informative and imaginative. He made recommendations that made the day extremely personal and special to us both and for our daughter. Everyone who attended the celebration ( funeral) advised they would remember the day forever. We had never had to arrange a funeral before and we could not have got through it like we did wihought the love and genuine care from Chris . I would highly recommend Cloverfield Funeral Services.
