Andy and his team were outstanding, Andy had the utmost respect for my dad and sorted many errors out that the hospital had made, he made sure he was the one to collect my dad and he also came to work on his annual leave for my dad and family. I suffered a heart attack and Andy said did I need anything, I wasn't dead and he was there for me and my family, Andy and his team will take care of your loved one as well as your family. From the first meeting Andrew was kind, empathetic and authentic. I realise that is the job, but its easy to feel overwhelmed and potentially irrational at having to discuss funeral arrangements. He made us feel very comfortable, gave us time, gently guided us and displayed the upmost respect for our mother. He always referenced her as a person and not someone who had passed away. We were comfortable talking about her and even had lighthearted moments to interrupt the sadness. This is only possible if you have a connection with the person you are dealing with. We have absolutely no doubt mum was looked after and cherished whilst in the teams care. An excellent communicator and reader of people, nothing was an inconvenience or too difficult a challenge (and we are demanding, like our mum!). I am sure this is typical of Andrew but he made us feel unique, and mum was the most precious jewel in our family. We cannot applaud Andrew enough for the sensitivity he afforded us and of course his professionalism at what was an incredibly difficult time for all of us.

I lost my grandad, I was absolutely broken inside holding everything together trying to be organised and perfect. Belinda was absolutely amazing, I will be eternally great full for the support she gave me throughout the whole process. I genuinely believe I wouldn’t of got through it with out her. Thank you for your kindness and compassion! And for that one last oxo! The whole team treat my grandad with the upmost respect that he deserved. Thank you

My family and I used these when my parents died, then again when my husband died, they were brilliant, really looked after me, she was a fantastic lady. Would definitely recommend them.
