Krystle, in particular, was absolutely amazing - her empathy, understanding, and attention to detail helped make a difficult time a little easier. I wanted to publicly acknowledge and thank D. Walsh's for everything they brought to mum's funeral back in July. But especially to Krystel who managed the whole process and led the cortege on the day. She was so kind, thoughtful and brought such dignity and respect to the whole proceedings. I felt really reassured that mum was in her hands, knowing that she was treated as a beloved person throughout. It meant a great deal and made a difference to a difficult time. They even bothered to check in to see how we were doing in the weeks after the funeral, which was unexpected but we appreciated the after care. Id encourage anybody facing the loss of a loved one to entrust them to the care of Walsh's.

This was the first funeral we’ve ever had to arrange, and from the very beginning Krystal was an absolute blessing. She guided us through every detail — from choosing the flowers and cars to all the personal touches that made the day so special. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism shone through at every stage, making a very difficult time so much easier for our family. Krystal made sure we understood every step and that everything was handled with care and dignity. Thanks to her and the whole D. Walsh team, my grandad received the absolute best funeral we could have hoped for — it was beautiful, respectful, and truly reflected him. The aftercare and continued support have also been incredible. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the whole process. Although it was such a sad time, we left feeling comforted and grateful that we chose D. Walsh. We honestly couldn’t recommend them — and especially Krystal — highly enough.

I just want to say how absolutely amazing Krystle and the team were in supporting me with mums funeral arrangement's. Krystle went above and beyond, helping me add in personal touches to Mums funeral and facilitating all my requests. I felt like i was talking to a friend, she was there throughout to give support and made sure the day went smoothly and was a tribute to my Mum.

Walshs funeral directors from the very start of our family members journey with them was exceptional . Sarah made sure that she received the highest level of dignified personal care. As a family all the staff at Walshs made us feel that nothing was ever too much trouble , we had never organised a funeral before & Sarah assisted us every step of the way . On her final journey all the trinkets , flowers were beautifully arranged again with dignity & care. At the funeral every detail came to fruition for a perfect celebration of her life .
