I can't thank Krystle enough for her amazing support from start to finish. The minute I walked into the building Krystle put me at ease. She helped me organise everything and made my final goodbye to my partner as lovely as it could be. During the day itself, she was there every step of the way. Not only that, Krystle was there out of hours, with calls and texts making sure I was okay and if I needed anything. Her support is outstanding and I highly recommend her. When I went to say goodbye to my partner the day before the funeral, the member of staff that supported me was also very kind and supportive. The service was brilliant, really considerate and thoughtful throughout, compassionate and respectful. This was really appreciated at such a difficult time. Sarah was fantastic and supported us every step of the way. Sarah introduced us to a celebrant, Chris Bradbrook, who was absolutely amazing, we could not have asked for any more and she went above and beyond. Thank you.

I wanted to publicly acknowledge and thank D. Walsh's for everything they brought to mum's funeral back in July. But especially to Krystel who managed the whole process and led the cortege on the day. She was so kind, thoughtful and brought such dignity and respect to the whole proceedings. I felt really reassured that mum was in her hands, knowing that she was treated as a beloved person throughout. It meant a great deal and made a difference to a difficult time. They even bothered to check in to see how we were doing in the weeks after the funeral, which was unexpected but we appreciated the after care. Id encourage anybody facing the loss of a loved one to entrust them to the care of Walsh's.

This was the first funeral we’ve ever had to arrange, and from the very beginning Krystal was an absolute blessing. She guided us through every detail — from choosing the flowers and cars to all the personal touches that made the day so special. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism shone through at every stage, making a very difficult time so much easier for our family. Krystal made sure we understood every step and that everything was handled with care and dignity. Thanks to her and the whole D. Walsh team, my grandad received the absolute best funeral we could have hoped for — it was beautiful, respectful, and truly reflected him. The aftercare and continued support have also been incredible. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the whole process. Although it was such a sad time, we left feeling comforted and grateful that we chose D. Walsh. We honestly couldn’t recommend them — and especially Krystal — highly enough.
