Lost my grandma two weeks ago and got the best service from this family-run business. My family could not stop talking about how pleased they were and what good hands we were all in. Indy and Mandeep felt like family by the end. They constantly put us at ease, got to know all of us, and made the funeral run efficiently, smoothly, and respectfully. We come to know of Diverse, after meeting Inderjit (the funeral director) at a previous family funeral. As I was impressed by the excellent standard of the service and professionalism, I decided to use Diverse as our Funeral director after the passing of my father. As you can expect, dealing with the death of a loved one is painful enough, but Inderjit and Mena were able to put everyone at ease from the moment they arrived at our house. They both demonstrated genuine kindness, compassion, and empathy towards our family, showing excellent communication skills in both English and Punjabi at all levels (juniors/elders- addressing everyone respectfully). Inderjit regularly contacted the family to discuss the funeral, every administrative procedure was carefully explained, from what offical papers were necessary and where to obtain them. Inderjit had expert knowledge of sacred items needed for the funeral ceremony, and knew which traditions and customs that needed to be upheld. All funeral arrangements from the crematorium, flowers to the cars were made through Diverse, this offloaded a great amount of pressure from the family. And most importantly Inderjit ensured that he perserved my father's dignity throughout. Not only do I, but my entire family would highly recommend this service.
