The arrangements were all dealt with by Jordan Firth who was excellent in his role. From start to finish he showed empathy, respect and care. Explained everything. Assessed our needs and requirements and acted on those needs, providing the right type of funeral for our loved one, which was close family and a few friends and the use of the private chapel for the service. Also to a wonderful celibrant, Jamie McKnight who gave a eulogy as if he was a family member.

Despite the bitter weather, Jordan Firth's team facilitated every part of our mother's funeral with courtesy and diligence. Most impressed. Many thanks

I would highly recommend Edwin Pounds at Greengates. My Mother died in a care home following a long illness just before Xmas. Pounds attended promptly, dealt with us very compassionately. At the meeting to discuss the funeral arrangements, again Pounds fully understood our needs and wishes and arranged and explained everything clearly. The funeral itself went without a hitch. We dealt with one undertaker throughout, Jordan, and he was excellent.

I could not thank everyone at Edwin Pounds enough, Jordan firth in particular, I am 23 years old and never expected to be having to plan my pops funeral but Jordan was so supportive in everything, answered all my questions I had with no hesitation and took a great weight off my shoulders in planning my pops funeral and explaining everything to me, my pops had such a beautiful service, flowers, and it was very respectful, clean and just beautiful all around! I would highly recommend and couldn’t thank this place enough!
