I had an appointment for MOT, but upon arrival it turned out that the garage was closed. To be sure, I called the day before to confirm the appointment - the employee confirmed the day and time. On the day of the visit I was on site twice, I lost my breaks at work. I called many times, unfortunately no one answered the phone. Complete lack of professionalism, zero respect for the customer and his time. I definitely don't recommend it.
The best company I have had the pleasure to deal with. MOT and service straight in. Low prices. Very respectful staff. A pleasure and will recommend to all my family, friends and colleagues. Will definitely return for all my motoring needs. Book me in for next year's MOT. Thank you for making and anxious time more pleasurable. A joy.
I was booked in for a service and mot at 9am. Waited for 30min but nobody turned up at the garage. I was not informed of the delay, very unprofessional and time wasters
Had my car MOT and serviced 19/02/2025.They were professional and extremely helpful. The cost was less than I anticipated. I will definitely use them again and I can highly recommend this company.
