Been here twice for 2 wedding events and Ash’s work is so good! Absolutely loved my hair for both events. Will be coming here from now on.

I visited today for a haircut and was really disappointed with the customer service provided by the junior stylist, Sarah. I wasn’t offered any tea or coffee, and although I explained that I wanted a style inspired by an image rather than an exact copy, I was only told after the haircut that the fringe I wanted could actually have been achieved. I hope this experience serves as a learning opportunity for Sarah, as taking the time to listen and provide good customer care is essential for anyone hoping to become a successful stylist. More than anything, I hope this helps her grow in her role.

Lovely wash cut and blow dry today. Love the cut and finish but I also love the fact that I told cassie I was tired ans clearly not up for a chat so no conversation was forced I was able to just sit and relax with my latte and biscof biscuit while Cassie worked her magic. Thank you Xxx

Amazing service from all the staff. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Went in for a hair treatment, cut, balayage and style by Mia. Showed her some ideas of what I would like and the end result was amazing and exactly what I wanted but even better. I was happy with her advice for what I should go for as the end result was amazing. Hair was so much softer and healthier. The colour came out even better than I expected it to. Would definitely recommend this salon as I have been before and have never been disappointed.

had a wash, cut and style by darcy, she was so lovely and explained everything to me, she made my hair look much better than i was expecting. will definitely be recommending to friends and family x
