Curl Sistaz

On 9/8 my 4 y/o had her first haircut, I also had a dry cut. For our daughter we opted for the full transformation with Kirsty at £45. My daughter was treated with respect and care, which is important. Her curls were brought out & I learned more about product use. We left the salon after 18:15 & understandably had been there hours. Due to the time, our daughter’s hair wasn’t fully dry and looked OK at this point, we were happy. Upon it later drying (same day) it looked unsatisfactory. Hair that needed cutting had been left and there’s zero style to her hair. I can see in others reviews that their girls have been given a lovely cut. Why the difference!? I contacted the salon as I was told to do so if more needed cutting etc. I’m now expected to pay another £35 to correct this. I will just go elsewhere! The reason for her “style” was given as different textures and me asking to retain length, yet I had said it could be long or short. I have different textures in my hair and have never experienced this with other curly hair specialists. We are very sad that our girl has been left this way and it has soured what should have been a lovely experience.

I had such a great experience at this curly hair salon. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my hair and curl pattern. She explained everything clearly, from the products she was using to how I should style my curls at home, which helped me understand my hair so much better. The product recommendations and styling techniques were good and my curls have never looked or felt this healthy. I really appreciated how patient she was with all my questions and informative she was throughout the appointment . I left feeling confident about caring for my curls and would 100% recommend her to anyone with curly hair. I left with a free comb and a bonnet I had purchased

Natalie is a wonderful person, she takes the time to listen, explain, educate and provides an all-round excellent service. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help, guidance or a regular stylist with their textured hair. I felt welcome and as if I had know her forever! Lovely experience x

Natalie did an AMAZING job with my hair today; it looks fantastic. She was welcoming and very knowledgeable about curly hair, so much so I've booked my son in for his first curly cut in a few weeks 🤩.

Just had my first visit to curl sistaz. It was amazing. I did not realise how curly my hair was. It looks great. Natalie is really lovely and talks you through things to help you keep your curls looking good. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be back.
