I went Dinaz, and agreed on what I wanted and paid my deposit, she seemed like a kind old lady who was very experienced in her field. The shop is located off Westgate road near the central mosque facing the junction/ town. On the day 12th December, I was her first customer but her old customer took my spot for eyebrows. Then instead of treating my damaged hair as agreed, she just boxed dyed my hair and put my feet into foot spa as I requested a pedicure. While my hair was dying and my feet were soaking she dealt with another customer..fair enough. When she came back, she just washed feet and that was it. No messaging my feet or legs as agreed. When it came to payment she wanted full payment for what she did not deliver plus for following weeks treatment which I'd cancelled. I begged with her, the price in her diary matches what I am giving her. Her daughter stood near the door to prevent me from leaving. I was really scared, they were trying to intimate me into giving extra. I think she needs to retire. A very bad experience

I absolutely love coming here! I have been coming here for a few years, and before that have I been to a few diffrent stylists. Dinaz really knows how to look after your hair and give it the care and advice it needs. I have always left here feeling really happy with my hair and I have been here a lot of times! My hair was really dry and rough from the bleaching and previous styles I have done, and Dina really changed it around and made it healthy and soft for me, even with more more requests from me to bleach my hair, she has kept my hair alive and beautiful. Really really recommend! 🥰 oh Also she is very reasonable priced, and I have found it to be cheaper than others, with very good quality work done with love.

She is incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, and at the same time very professional. She makes you feel comfortable straight away and really listens to what you want. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients truly stand out. I highly recommend her.

Had a lovely first visit at Dinaz. She really took her time with my hair cut and blow dry and made the experience feel really special. The hair wash and massage was amazing. Very happy with the results
