Exceptional First-Time Experience – Highly Recommend Rosa! I had an incredible experience with Rosa and couldn’t recommend her more highly, especially if it’s your first time getting your hair coloured. Before visiting Rosa, I had consultations with a few other stylists at other salons, but I often felt rushed and unsure. One stylist was even willing to go ahead with what I asked for, despite it likely damaging my hair. In contrast, Rosa took the time to explain why that option wasn’t suitable for me, refused to compromise the health of my hair, and suggested safer alternatives that would still achieve a beautiful result. That level of honesty and care truly set her apart. Rosa was the complete opposite of the rushed, transactional experience I’d had elsewhere — she took her time during the initial consultation, explained everything in detail, and made me feel completely at ease. As someone with virgin hair, I was understandably nervous about dyeing it for the first time, but she made sure I was fully informed and comfortable every step of the way. On the day of the appointment, Rosa was just as patient and professional. She even gave me the option to walk away and think it over if I wasn’t 100% ready, which really showed how much she cares about her clients and not just making a sale. I went ahead with the colour, and I am so happy with the results. Rosa did an absolutely amazing job. Looking back, I wish I had trusted her advice and gone lighter as she suggested — but even the slightly darker shade I chose turned out beautifully. What really sets Rosa apart is her attention to detail and her dedication to educating her clients. She was the only stylist I found in Bradford who genuinely took the time to go in-depth about the pros and cons of the colouring process. She also gave me a step-by-step guide on how to care for my hair afterwards, which I really appreciated.

Been visiting this salon for a few years now and have become a regular as I can not trust anyone else with my hair! The service is impeccable and always provides the results you ask for!! Would highly highly recommend REBECCA friendly, advisable and she works with your complexion and provides the results as well as maintains the strength of your hair!! Rosa Rosa Rosa what can I say she is an expert in hair. She knows her stuff and I always appreciate the honesty. She is realistic and will tell you what she can achieve whilst maintaining the health of your hair. If there’s anyone that can work with Asian hair it’s her and her team. She will say no if it will damage you hair and that’s what I love. She keeps you entertained love laughter and good vibes. She is the BEST. Could not recommend her enough.
