Support staff were great. Actual doctor that i saw was terrible. Couldnt have been less interested, accused me of lying about a previous appointment i had with them (which really wasnt the case at all as i remember it very clearly) and wouldnt even let me have any details from my own tests! They were my tests. Parkiing was a nightmare, no spaces for ages driving round and round tons of parking for the staff though i notice - just none for the patients, and when i did eventually find a space none of the parking machines were accepting cards and i didnt have cash. Awful, wouldnt recommend. If i treated my customers like this i would be sacked.

This is an absolute joke of a service. I have called OVER 20 TIMES. Every single call means 45+ minutes on hold, only to be kicked out at the exact moment it should be my turn with a message saying “we are very busy” Please try again later ... Then the call disconnects. Again. And again. And again. What kind of healthcare service works like this? Patients are expected to waste HOURS of their time and get absolutely NOTHING in return. No callback. No alternative contact. No help. If you are unable to answer phones, then stop pretending you offer a contact number. Right now this system is completely broken and shows zero respect for patients. Embarrassing, unacceptable, and incredibly frustrating.

The nurses are so rude, unprofessional approach, don't answer the phone or return any calls , have to wait for months to see consultants. And half of the time they have no clue what to prescribe. They don't listen to the patients experience, I personally get anxiety see the consultant as the are clueless

Great hospital, parking can sometimes be an issue but if you set off early enough you’ll get a space pretty soon although prices to park are ridiculously high it’s clean and has beautiful artworks and decor, the staff are really wonderful and really helpful. It’s easy to navigate to find what department you need. I much prefer St Luke’s to BRI.

I love the fact that St Lukes has these drop in services where you can get bloods done and get x ray done as a walk in clinic. I just dont like the parking issue as I have small kids and it's hard for me to bring them with me sometimes.
