We recently visited the Ecclesfield Audiology Department for my 93-year-old mother’s hearing test, and the service was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and took great care to make helpful adjustments to her hearing aids. The changes they suggested have made a real improvement in her hearing, and she’s very pleased with the results. We’re extremely satisfied with the care and follow-up provided.

I was seen today by Heather Hudson and her excellent team. Having gone in worried about pain management during a planned procedure I can honestly say this team of three were fantastic. Everything was explained really really clearly, lots of pain relief options were offered and explained and all three women they were extremely supportive. Heather and her team are such a credit to you. Any woman will be treated with kindness and dignity. Thank you so much to the team. You are a credit to the industry. I like to think of you looking after many women in the caring way you looked after me for as long as you continue your careers.

My first time attending West Cliffe Health Innovations yesterday. My first impression was everything looked very clean and modern. I had excellent treatment and care, from booking my appointment with Debbie & Andrea. Pre surgery care from Rowena, friendly & professional. Great surgical assistance from Ed and Zewka, Mr. Andy Kilshaw performed my surgery, he put me at ease with his friendly & professional manner, he worked quickly and efficiently. Post care from Jasel who was caring & helpful. Thank you all very much.

Attended this morning for a cystoscopy. All the staff were very professional and helpful. I was incredibly nervous and everyone was very kind to me. The procedure was painless and well explained. Many thanks to all the staff
