Bit of scam. Refused to pay out for a single item on dozens of issues on my Volvo XC90. When you consider it doesn't cover electrical items, wear and tear and anything that can break over time e.g. Suspension arms Engine mounts or gaskets, there's actually hardly any faults it would actually cover. Not worth the premium and I certainly won't be renewing.

5 star service from start to end. I cannot rate this warranty company highly enough. I do not understand why they are rated low as they are one of the best warranty companies in the UK. They fully repaired my families Jaguar F Pace S which needed a full engine rebuild. All covered under the platinum warranty plan. again a full engine rebuild was all covered under the platinum grade warranty plan. Now with all warranties, they are obviously not going to pay everything but I think they are very fair and the gentlemen I dealt with were all absolutely top chaps who were very fair. Polite, not once antagonistic and at the end of the day did their best to protect their business and myself as a customer. I won't say it was an easy thing to do to get this repaired as that would be facetious, but it was absolutely fair and they are absolutely willingly to work with you as a customer to look into and repair any issues. The only thing I paid was private diagnostics to prove the issue. This was a small cost I was happy to pay initially to get the claim moving. I cannot rate you highly enough and thank you enough for your amazing service. I bought the platinum grade warranty on the Jaguar which we purchased second hand. It came with the autotrust warranty and we continued to renew the policy each year. It was not exactly cheap, we paid nearly a grand a year in fees but at the end of the day it was worth every penny. I would reccomend buying the best quality plan you can afford. Get as much protection as you can, and ensure your car is well maintained. Don't skip oil changes and make sure wear items are replaced regularly. If you do the above. You will be well placed for recovery should the worst happen. 3 years of paying into AutoTrust warranty and they failed me when it mattered most. My Vauxhall Crossland suffered a confirmed piston ring failure, diagnosed by Advance Vauxhall (their own approved garage) with official oil consumption testing. Even Vauxhall agreed to pay 50% of the engine replacement cost — proving this was a serious mechanical failure, not wear and tear. AutoTrust refused to pay, ignored updated evidence, and went silent for weeks — even after promising a field engineer visit. They have not responded to me or the garage since 28 July 2025, and my policy expires 15 August. This is deliberate delay and avoidance. I've filed formal complaints with both The Motor Ombudsman and the Financial Ombudsman. I would not recommend this warranty product to anyone based on how I’ve been treated.

Do not use this company as a warranty provider! They will try and get out of valid claims. Once challenged they eventually overturned the rejection decision but only after continued persistence. RAC warranty recommended instead.

Bought a cosmetic bodywork ins policy for a brand new Audi, some elephant bird deposited leaving cosmetic marks…called insurance…that’s right NOT COVERED, save your money it’s very poor cover !! Local body shop sorted no issue and cheap !!
