I went to the dryer, and after using it, I noticed a very foul and unpleasant smell. When I spoke to the woman there, she said it wasn't her problem and that the money paid was non-refundable. Is this fair? I hope to contact the person in charge because I haven't found anyone to help me in this place. I strongly advise against it.

One of the flats above this laundrette have fly tipped beds and fridges etc in my back garden. The address is on some of the boxes. Just ring up to get them to move it as they own the building and they’re playing dumb about it! I will be taking it back to their property over the coming week!

Such a disappointing experience. The staff member was racist and treated us unfairly. She stopped us from using a bigger machine on the basis that the water would be cut off. She then allowed an Asian lady to use the same machine. When we came to collect our clothes, the staff member was sweeping the floor and brushed all the dirt towards us for no reason. When we confronted her politely, she began shouting. It is a shame that this is how staff members behave and treat customers. It’s appalling.

Always nice, clean and stafffed. Machines are clearly well maintained and very good. Recommended.

I wanted to give this company no stars! It has badly damaged my mattress topper in their machine. The woman on the counter offered me £3 compensation, which obviously I refused. I am now waiting for £25 compensation, so I can buy a like for like replacement. Several rips. The biggest is below, with my keys for scale!
