Used last week 1st time excellent service left for few hours came back and was all dry and folded nearly for £7 dryer use.

Really good place! I was a newbie to dry cleaning/laundrette and they were so kind and helpful to me. I definitely will be going again :)

Curtains not even clean. Marks come off B with a damp cloth so no excuse. Would give them 0 stars but it won’t let me.

I put my laundry in a dryer but was late to pick it up on time. When I returned the next day, a lady told me that her boss had come by the previous night and taken my laundry home. I was shocked and asked why he would do that. She said it was because I had left it in the dryer, and I replied that, since they’d closed, they could have put it in a trolley. She responded that she had to leave for home. I usually go to King’s Laundry on Great Horton Road, and this has never happened before. She went on about policy, saying it could cause a fire, and mentioned that another customer who left her laundry once had her clothes taken home by the boss for three days. I was frustrated—does this mean he just takes everyone’s clothes home? I want to speak with the boss directly, please!
