Quality Cleaning

I attended this afternoon to do dry my clothes as I tend to always to come here 99% of the time as it very local to where I live. The guy that was working today was very rude and no good customer service. I literally just walked into laundrette and he was saying “move move move he also had trolley literally touching the back of my ankles trying to get past me. The laundrette was very busy and I could see that the dryers that were in my view were in use. So I then went to walk down to see if there was any available to use. The same worker then said there is a queue. I said that’s fine. That’s all you needed to say. I then said to him I don’t appreciate been spoken to in that manner. I have then tried to call to speak to the manager, and the same guy has answered and he said he is in the manager. What is the problem. I really would appreciate a email or a response from the actual manager of this place. Thanks

Filthy, utterly filthy, washers had thick dirt around the inside of the doors - I used 2 machines and a whole bottle of disinfectant. The top where washing powder etc is added was thick with black mould. When I pointed out the dirt and mould I was told it isn't a problem as it doesn't touch the clothes!! If that's the visible dirt, what the hell disgusting state are the washers in ? They need regular deep cleaning. Used to be a really good, clean launderette.

Not worth one star. Washers absolutely filthy, thick layer of dirt around inside of washer doors ( I used 2). Mould where you put detergent in etc at top - lid of compartment had a thick layer of black mould. I showed lady both and all I got was that the clothes don't touch it ( mould & dirt).

All the good stuff already mentioned. So much cheaper than using home dryer and easier and quicker for big duvet covers and towels.

Absolutely rude rude rude staff don't know how speak to customers was there today staff member shouting at me that there was another customer infront of me okay no problem didn't see them another 2 customer waiting walk out aswell said same rude no customer service I won't be going back
