Mark was able to provide a really speedy response when the handle on my front door was continually spinning and not engaging. I couldn’t get into the house. Mark was really understanding and has an approach which immediately puts you at ease. He could’ve damaged his way through the door, but he has pride in his work. The price was extremely competitive when other services would have charged way more. We were extremely happy with the quality of workmanship. Thank you!

First time I have used this person (or company) for issues with my upvc doors, I found the company extremely professional and helpful, no issues was too small, excellent advice from them, would definitely use them again. Forgot to mention price EXCELLENT Today 1st May ,had to call company out again to a different issue with my French doors, person came out within the hour, extremely friendly and polite, fixed issue to an high standard . We needed a couple of worn handles changing on the front and back doors that we had been putting off, got around to calling these guys and someone came within the hour. The guy arrived and got them switched over. Whilst he was doing so as we were talking, we just mentioned about a different problem we had with one of the doors and he had a little look, adjusted some things here and there - which then made it better and he was all done. A little after he had gone, we noticed that we were now unable to lock the door that was causing us the problems. So we just gave these a quick ring again and someone (the owner I believe) was with us within the hour to amend it and now works perfectly! I would highly recommend and would definitly use again should I need to.

Me and my mum got stuck in the house with both the back door and front door not been able to open! (Don’t ask) I called Mark and he was there within 30 minutes! Absolutely amazing service and also to mention we made it to our Christmas Party!
