Very quick response and as promised someone was at the house to replace a lock within an hour. This was done very quickly. Whilst they were here they also looked at another door which needed some adjustments to make sure the handle was able to be pulled up to lock the door easily. Very pleased with the service provided and would definitely use again if we have any problems with locks. Thank you very much.

Mark was able to provide a really speedy response when the handle on my front door was continually spinning and not engaging. I couldn’t get into the house. Mark was really understanding and has an approach which immediately puts you at ease. He could’ve damaged his way through the door, but he has pride in his work. First time I have used this person (or company) for issues with my upvc doors, I found the company extremely professional and helpful, no issues was too small, excellent advice from them, would definitely use them again. We needed a couple of worn handles changing on the front and back doors that we had been putting off, got around to calling these guys and someone came within the hour. The guy arrived and got them switched over. Whilst he was doing so as we were talking, we just mentioned about a different problem we had with one of the doors and he had a little look, adjusted some things here and there - which then made it better and he was all done. A little after he had gone, we noticed that we were now unable to lock the door that was causing us the problems. So we just gave these a quick ring again and someone (the owner I believe) was with us within the hour to amend it and now works perfectly! I would highly recommend and would definitly use again should I need to.
