Not only was the quality of the repair excellent, but Tyler took the time to explain what was needed, offered extra care without being pushy, and made the whole experience feel personal and professional. It’s rare to see such dedication and pride in customer service these days. You can tell Tyler genuinely cares about both the craft and the customer, and it really showed. My shoes came back looking as good as w possible giving new life to a loved item. I left the shop with a smile. Huge thanks again to Tyler — a credit to Timpson and an example of the kind of service that keeps people coming back.

Called on today for a minor watch issue and it was done and dusted in minutes, Amin was professional, polite and friendly refusing to accept payment so heres some good Karma instead. 👍 thank you for the help its appreciated
