Elegant nails

I got my nails done, absolutely terrible nails the acrylic application was not smooth Nail polish not applied smooth. She scraped my skin and I was bleeding and she said that it was my skin !! French tips done so awful. How are they even running a nail shop is beyond belief

Been getting nails done for four years and this is by far the worst. Application was wrong and careless, when I told him the acrylic was too thick he just said it’s ok. Five nails have been cut and bleeding. Hygiene is poor, nail polish bottle was stuck to the desk and he couldn’t pick it up. They took two hours to do an infill. Boss lady was overbearing and constantly hovering and telling everyone to rush. They didn’t cure the nails long enough at the end so they were still wet when I left the place, as they were rushing to start on another customer. Now there is dust stuck to my nails, had to clean them and apply a topcoat myself, and after three days the colour is peeling off because it was never cured properly .

Did my mums nails, as she wanted them done for Christmas had them done yesterday tips only absolutely appaling she’s lost 3 today and the tips cover most of her nail bed no contact details to be found for this company either

Unhygienic, nail polish has fluff in it which is then applied to ur nails. Price changes everytime u go. Work area and tools very dirty.
