Nail Fairy Bradford

Very disappointed with the inconsistent service at Nail Fairy. My first visit in July was great — proper nail prep, cuticles done and lovely results even though they were very busy, which is why I returned. My recent visit for my birthday/holiday was completely different: the shop was empty yet I waited 20 minutes, received no nail prep at all, and was told I’d need to pay extra for a manicure just to get basic preparation, which was poorly communicated and inconsistent with before. The gel application was extremely rushed despite the empty shop, with polish constantly going all over my fingers and cuticles and being wiped off with her hands every few seconds, leaving a messy, unprofessional finish. One nail chipped the next day. I contacted the salon twice requesting a refund and was ignored until I mentioned leaving a review; being told to “come back” isn’t helpful when the occasion has passed and I’m already on holiday. I won’t be returning & will be making a claim with my bank.

I loved the experience. Had a beautiful evening out with mum. Mum is quite particular about her nails, so the lovely Fiona catered to her needs. Fiona was so professional and provided outstanding customer service. She made us feel comfortable and adhered to our religious preferences. Thank You Fiona!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I had an acrylic set done and it came out exactly how I wanted. I showed them an inspo pic and the final result was identical. So happy with how it turned out would deffo recommend ❤️❤️❤️
