I am writing to make a formal and serious complaint regarding my visit yesterday for acrylic nail removal. During this service, your technician caused a significant injury by cutting my fingernail and removing a deep layer of skin, resulting in heavy bleeding that would not stop. The technician was visibly distracted while operating the electric removal tool, which directly led to this injury. Despite there being an open wound, nail glue was applied directly onto the cut. Since the appointment, my finger has worsened and remains extremely painful. This raises serious health, hygiene, and infection-control concerns. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Additionally, the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and COSHH Regulations require businesses to protect customers from harm and prevent unsafe exposure to substances. The injury caused and the application of nail glue to an open wound fall below these legal standards. While I acknowledge that I was not charged for the nail removal, this is entirely inadequate. Nail removal typically costs £10, which does not compensate for the injury, pain, distress, infection risk, or the fact that I am now unable to receive any nail services until my finger has fully healed. This injury occurred as a direct result of negligence during a service provided at your salon. I am therefore formally requesting appropriate compensation, specifically: • A voucher for a free full acrylic set, to be used once my finger has fully healed. Please provide a response within 48 hours of receiving this message. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within this timeframe, I will proceed with escalating the matter to Environmental Health and Trading Standards for further investigation. awful experience. didn't let me get the colour I want kept muttering rude comments at me. had multiple nail techs walking out mid appoitment. they did not prep my nail beds. cut my skin multiple times. my nails are sore. I have air bubbles in my nails and some of them havemt had the colour applied properly. hate it do not go here

The people was kind and lovely and they made my nails perfect I would definitely recommend this salon they are the best I ever been too

Loved my visit here! I came in for a set of acrylics and had such a great experience. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. They made me feel really comfortable right away. The vibe was relaxed, and everyone was so nice. My nails turned out beautiful! The shape and design were exactly what I wanted, and you can tell they really care about doing a good job. Definitely planning to come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great nails and a chill, friendly atmosphere!
