1st & last visit went on for an Acrylic stiletto set Was cut twice with the drill they didnt cut my cuticles they didn't ask me to wash my hands to take off all the dust from the drilling they just carried on doing what they were doing. The shop is very small & cramped it seemed they were taking on more than they could handle the man & woman were going backwards & forwards between me & other ladies in there it also noticed they used the same Acrylic brush that they were doing a pedicure with on my nails 🤢 Now let's talk about the price on the price list it states: any full set + a gel colour £30 Now i had long stiletto with a white tip I was charged £38 🤔 when I asked why £38 I was told because they are long now btw my nails are not massively long Has the saying goes always stick to what you know & who you know 😏 In response to your reply in the shop you have a price list correct? If that's the case of what your saying you need to put that on there I'm from Birmingham I was visiting & to let you know in a nice way I get these nails all the time & they are always £25 or £30

Had a walk in appointment for pedicure and honestly it was amazing. Was seen straightaway and the lady was thorough yet still relaxing. Will definitely be using again
