I've only ever used this place for eBay click and collect and only because it's convenient, but won't be going forward. The past six or so packages over the last year, arrive but I never receive notifications. The staff receive the parcel but never scan it to trigger the notification to collect it. So having made a trip there to collect it, I'm told by a member of staff that because the manager isn't there I have to come back another day when someone more competent can give me my parcel, despite the fact that I can clearly see it. A terrible service for collections!

Very good service.Fuel price is higher than some other places but still okay. Visited few times.They have the cash point outside the shop what is a plus point for the customers who needed some cash out. I visited today for fuel, after refill my car with diesel I noticed diesel smelling in my hand, so was looking for wipes but no wipes are available there. Seen some polythene globes available , I could use it if I would think about it before refill. Big place, and it has very easy entrance and exit. 24 hours open.

All this because the service is not nice! ! ! If only they could skin you. Don't use a Bp address for your eBay package as it most likely won't pick it up from the courier, and if the package does eventually get there, you'll pay an extra fee to pick it up. I do not recommend this service. Not nice service.

Member of staff stole £5 from me when I paid for a product with a £10 note and he was adamant that I paid with £5. When I asked to see the cctv he informed me that they didn't work. Can a member of Esso Managenent get in touch with me before I get police involved as thus is happening a lot to members of the East Bowling community.
