I'm disabled and use pay at the pump it's time someone got off their backside and put receipts in the pump,it's a regular occupancy especially in this station it's annoying what is the point of paying at pump if one as to queue to pay at desk!
It's always busy and never enough staff on the pay counters in my eyes. The lay out could be better. Backs up more due to drivers thinking they can only fill up from the side there petrol cap is on! When infact the hoses will easy reach round any sized car
The cashier inside the Morrison gas station is in her late 50s, full body, blonde hair, she was very stubborn and rude in dealing with the customer, I saw that with my own eyes, and she spoke in a decent way to the customer and forced the customer to say to her the word please in front of everyone without need, as if she was humiliating her... She didn't. I see more shamelessness than this behavior and blackmail in dealings.. You must be held accountable for this dealing with people
I've supported My Local business owners, Morrison's for over 25 Years in this area. ALWAYS had great service and customer service as and when the need arises. I, like everyone else shops around being on a budget but overall recommend them for choice, quality, offers and overall pricing.
I was a bit surprised here as there is no footpath access to the kiosk from the main road or the main car park . It’s all about vehicular access . The facilities are as follows -2x jet wash , 1x roller car wash (auto), Air and water 💦 plus vacuum points . The pumps are either card (pay at pump) ,or pay at kiosk . The kiosk entrance is flat and level and the sliding door opens automatically .I was unable to enter as I was in my chair and not my vehicle. It’s all the usual things here like newspapers sweets etc and a few staple items to save a trip to the main store .
