I visited the Londis at Shell, 91 Harrogate Rd, Bradford BD2 3ES to return a faulty charging cable that stopped working after just two weeks. The staff physically checked the cable themselves and confirmed it wasn’t working, yet still refused to offer a refund, exchange, or repair. They said they don’t accept returns after 2 weeks, even for faulty items. When I questioned this and mentioned my consumer rights, they laughed and mocked me while speaking to their manager on the phone. Their attitude was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. One staff member even told me to leave the store and not come back, simply because I was asking reasonable questions about my legal rights. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Refusing to deal with a faulty product they had tested themselves, and then dismissing a customer for challenging it, is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing items from this store.

Blatantly misleading. Grabbed 2 sparkling waters clearly marked 2 for £2 — only to be charged full price at the till. When I pointed out the sign, the guy just shrugged and said the offer had expired. No apology, no fix, nothing. If you can’t be bothered to take down outdated offers, don’t be surprised when people stop trusting your prices. Absolute joke

Visit Shell petrol station every day, and the staff is always very nice. Ehsan is especially helpful every morning, making the experience very pleasant. The fuel quality is very good, and the prices are cheaper compared to other places. Meet Ehsan every day, and now he is a friend.

This place is really nice for just opening up. Great customer service and a wide variety of goods. All and all good just a little pricey.
