BRADFORD PHARMACY

Every month, as usual, I collect my medication bag. However, for the second time now, I have discovered that my Tramadol is missing from the prescribed quantity. The first time this happened, I thought it could be a mistake. But now it has happened again this month, and it has made me extremely angry. I contacted my GP and was told that my medication had not been changed and that I am still prescribed Tramadol. I was then referred to the pharmacy, where I was told that according to their computer records the medication was issued to me and that was the end of the matter. I have spent the entire month in unimaginable pain, and it looks like I will be in the same situation again this month. Thank you very much for this mess.

My experience at this pharmacy was disappointing enough to warrant one. It's clear that their top priority is making money—not helping customers. The staff was unhelpful, impatient, and showed little interest in answering questions or providing any real guidance. Prescriptions are treated like transactions, not healthcare. I felt rushed when I asked for clarification on medication which didn’t arrive on time.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for a few years, and im always impressed by the staff's professionalism and kindness. Recently I had an issue with delivery and they handled it quickly and made sure my medication reached me without any delay. It's rare to find this level of service-high recommended.

Unproffesional pharmacy! never a pharmacist available, theres no sympathy for a ill person especially children! they try to fob you off everytime, waiting for one prescription or a answer to one query takes 45 mins! nobody knows what they are doing, i do not reccomend this pharmacy at all. They want to make money in every possible way. I was referred by a GP to get my child seen they didnt even see him and said buy a antiobitic cream over the counter and no it wasnt a pharmacy first advice it was a actual referral! The person who dealt with it didnt check my sons eye propley and didnt even bother checking for the referral on the system. Everytime i have been here i have been dissapointed

Why is there not an option for 10 ⭐️ The service is always excellent, and yesterday upon requesting for my meds to be ready within 10 minutes they were ready. The staff here are always friendly. Thank you 😊
