I went to get my medication and needed some clarification. Saj, the pharmacist, approached me with knowledgeable answers and ensured all my questions were fully addressed. Brilliant customer service — very approachable and professional. The atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommended!

I had a really great experience the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Aleeza was especially professional and supportive. She kindly offered me a few tests to help me better understand my health, as I haven’t been to the doctors in quite a long time. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach and the genuine care she showed.

You should ask for personal details, date of birth when you're face to face with the customer. You ask these questions while you're picking medication from the drawer. The customer shouldn't have to shout out their personal details for privacy reasons while other customers are present. Please remember this the next time you speak to customers.

I was in a lot of pain and this pharmacy was the only one open on a Sunday near me. I am so grateful that they were open! Thank you for providing a much-needed service
