I'm sorry but how many times do customers have to come in here to be seen. I was stood at the px window for ages today and was totally ignored. The staff are given a job and that's it they stay with it, they don't move onto a till or owt to bring the que down they just avoid eye contact with you so they can pretend to be busy. This has happened too many times in this chemist it's the worst I've experienced. I have walked out on more than one occasion. I dread going to the Dr mostly bcos then I have to deal with this chemist too ..

Went to pick up a prescription and was advised by the lady with blonde hair and squint eyes the Pharmacist was on Lunch as such I would have to wait 20 minutes. I was unable to wait and asked for the item to be delivered. 2 days later, the delivery driver came to deliver the item and demanded money for delivering item. The blonde lady with squint eyes did not mention a delivery charge. No where in the chemist it says Pharmacist takes lunch during any hours as such avoid these times. Nothing but Bad service.

Very disappointed with the service. Had an item missing on prescription been told as it is Friday so you can collect that item on Monday as we need to order it. On Wednesday when I went to pick up still not ready and I haven’t been informed took my number and its week on Monday now still haven’t heard anything. Do not get your prescription if its not complete as they will not bother afterwards stay away
