I didn't find what I wanted. However, the service and advice from the CS was brilliant
Really friendly staff who seem genuinely very pleased to help or advise you. There have been a couple of times when I seem to have caught them on a bad day, and they've been a bit awkward with me, but typically they are very kind and happy to help, especially the women staff.
Unbelievable poor vaccine service. They cancelled my appointment twice, then waited until days before to let me know they couldn't get hold of the vaccines for India. Definitely would not advise people to use this service at Kirkgate pharmacy. This male pharmacist is useless.
Excellent pharmacy with fantastic service. Prescriptions dispensed in an efficient manner, meaning you don't have to wait around forever. Management and staff are very caring and helpful. They know their patients very well and accommodate for their needs. Polite and friendly at all times. Thank you!
