Amazing amazing amazing service here. Got my ear cleaned by a young lady named simrah and she was very very gentle and helpful. Could only get one ear done but she had given me some ear drops and told me to come back next week. I was simply amazed with the service as she had also given me some useful advice which was very very helpful from her. Thank you again simrah! Martin

Simrah was great. She helped me with my BP monitoring. She was sweet , polite and very generous and helpful. Would certainly visit her again when needed

I went into Rimmingtons today and the service, help and advice from Simrah was outstanding. Simrah wanted to take my blood pressure as a precaution to find it very high and I was fitted with a monitor. Thank you so much for your help today. Nicol

Unfortunately I'm leaving this review based on my honest opinion. I was offered a free blood pressure check while I was collecting a prescription. Which I agreed to have. I wasn't wearing loose fitting clothing to have the blood pressure monitor on for around 12 hours after they found my blood pressure to be high. That's fine. However I go back the next day to be told the blood pressure monitor they were meant to have charged wasn't ready. They were saying can you come back in an hour, which I could not. They put me an alternative type on, saying this is the first time they've fitted that type. I went away, the monitor read every 20 mins as it should the whole time I had it on. Went to hand it back the next morning and to find out my results to be told there's no data on the monitor. At this point I walked out as all of the effort I'd put in committing to this was all just a waste of time. I walked out feeling upset and suffered with anxiety as a result. In my personal opinion theres no point in offering this service if you can't deliver.

Excellent service - arrived early, didn't have to wait and flu vaccine administered quickly and almost painlessly! Cheers !!
