Rooley Lane Pharmacy

My son had an ear pain and we visited the pharmacy in the evening to get advice, he was recommended some ear drops by a lady there without even a basic internal ear examination. She tried to convince me that they work as an antibiotic which I later discover was not the case (they would just numb the ear not clear any infection). As those drops weren't available at the place we travelled to 4 different places before ending up with a pharmacy that has actually given my son a proper ear check and prescribed antibiotics. What a waste of patients an NHS time - this could have been a 5 minute consultation if done properly!

Excellent pharmacy. Staff are very professional and friendly. They deal with all queries with care and are very efficient. Would never use a different one.

The doctor said they would take a prescription to this pharmacy. Yesterday teatime. I rang this morning and spoke to the female pharmacist, only for her to cut me off. Rang back twice and went onto answer phone. So asked to get back to me no contact made. Rang again and they said I has no prescription there. Now without medication til Monday. My husband is in Marie curie. So I am disappointed. In the service that a didn't receive back to me and left my number.
