The staff were extremely helpful and took their time to listen and meet customers needs. They explained about prepayment prescriptions plan after they notices that I need 4 different medication and I have to pay for my prescriptions. They advices me to apply if I need more medication in future or need to repeat it, which helps me to save money on medication. I normally purchased my medication from local pharmacies but all local pharmacies were closed on that time and I needed Antibiotics. luckily Siddique Pharmacy had all medicines I needed. The pharmacist who was a hijabi lady was extremely polite and kind. The girl at the till was decent too. Some other came out from the back and they way she asked me if I'd been served came across as very abrupt and rude. A few customer service skills wouldn't go amiss

Very very bad service and I mean it.staff are very rude I had to wait 20 minutes once even the 3 of the staff acknowledged me and ignored me. and they don't even care about the customers feelings. Never punctual and they say they will deliver important medicine on a certain day but they don't.when they can't deliver they don't even let you know. And they are always late. I will not be using this service ever again.

Very poor services! They are big liar I am waiting for my prescription since three days I order my medicine and they are telling me first day we deliver you next day and they are not able to send me the medicine even three days waiting.
