Big scammed with me. They were offering weight loss injections on tiktok I contacted them and they said they gonna post me mounjaro and I need to pay 5 pounds postage i transfered them money than one logistics company emailed me and they said my package is ready for delivery but I have to pay custom deposit which they are gonna refund me after delivery but my question was to them you guys said mounjaro gona come from Bradford than what is this custom deposit they said pay the deposit to get your medication it's refundable i paid the deposit send them screenshot they didn't even confirm if it's received or not next day I emailed the logistic company and txt them too about my package than they said let us speak to the courier company than I received another email from courier company where they saying pay one more custom fees to get your packet like are you kidding me I order one thing from Bradford to birmingham and you keep asking for custom clearance fees made me fool enough and didn't receive any weight loss medication do not order mounjaro or Ozampic from them they are scamming people.

Had to rewrite my review to give Muhammad the pharmacist and owner 5 stars. How many pharmacists come to your house to resolve an issue and deliver medication after 7pm on a Friday night within minutes of a phone call. Absolutely outstanding customer service and will continue to use this place for all my future prescriptions and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Absolute shambles of a pharmacy. 3 lots of my fortnightly prescription have been wrong ! And that's with been promised over the phone by their staff that , yes they have the items in. Then later ,also blatantly lied to by ,saying we've ordered the item in, should be delivered to me tomorrow. I gave up waiting after 3days and rang em, to be told sorry we forgot to order the items requested. Waited in , certain days for other half of prescription to be delivered, guess what ? No delivery.. These people make you more ill ,then u initially are. Rang today 17 nov, at 15.03 again pointing out the prescription was wrong, and was told it would be rectified and would get my items today.its now 18.30 and closed and guess what ? Again I didn't get my items..The items I do have cannot be returned, and will end up in my wheelie bin disposed of. What a waste of NHS money. Total waste of my time and NHS money

Very good pharmacy delivery driver spot on very friendly & punctual even on a Sunday for me as I needed it go above & beyond definitely recommend
