I recently hired Mna Gas Care to replace my boiler, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient and did an outstanding job. They took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable with the changes. I had one of those ‘government funded heat pumps installed by them. It wasn’t a good experience at all. They weren’t good with times, cleaning up, leaving things how they were-IE leaving a big gaping gap behind the heat pump which isn’t safe for my children or pets. Left empty boxes all over my garden and house. Didn’t warn me that falling bricks would be falling in my garden whilst I’m sat out there with my puppy. They say a job would take 3 hours which turned into 6 hours. Turned up to fit the heat pump then sat and waited for 2 hours for the heat pump to arrive. They hadn’t even ordered it. Missed a lot of work due to them. Was told work would be done Monday Tuesday and Wednesday so took them days off work but actually the work was finished on Monday Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. They had to miss Tuesday as they hadn’t ordered the materials. Which resulted in them working till 9pm on the Wednesday. Didn’t inform me that the house would be out of bounds and my children and me had no choice but to sit in the garden till 9pm. They were polite but that’s all. Caused so much stress and won’t be clear who sub contracted them.

Installed my gas hob in an hour notice. Brilliant service. Quick response. Highly recommended

Mo really knows his stuff - advised me on many occasions when i have issues with my heating!

Ansar was professional and gave honest advice with boiler service. Which was expected after realising he does work for the Local council. Going to use MNA in future. Highly recommended.
