I had Maroof come out today to carry a boiler service. He was very professional from the get go. Rang before he was coming, offered to take shoes off or put shoe covers on. As for the service, he went what I felt above and beyond. Had a chat with me at the same time. Found a fault and had the part to replace straight away. Cleaned up after him and happy with the service. Will 100% be using again. Price is reasonable as well but you don’t mind paying if the service is right and attention to detail was definitely his forte.
Boiler repair Bradford. Maroof came out at very short notice as our boiler had failed. He spent time diagnosing the problem and was very helpful. It needed a new pump and AAV. He also did a service at the same time as instal. He was really friendly and knowledgable. Quick to respond and explain things. His quote and invoice was good value and very clear and well organised. I would recommend him to anyone. An absolute star!!
Boiler broke last night and they came today very quickly to support. Absolutely great job, they explained to me what was wrong with it and worked very fast and clean. I had to give him another call afterwards, as I couldn’t turn the valve back on and he was so helpful, he came back a second time to help me open it. I definitely recommend their services, I was so stressed especially with it being winter, but they helped me so swiftly and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
Maroof and his team are friendly and brilliant, always going above and beyond. Our old boiler stopped working, leaving us without access to showers and central heating during the holidays. Maroof visited and sent a quote quickly, and his team kindly fitted a brand new boiler right before Christmas. It was a big job, done fantastically, and everything was left tidy. The work was done diligently and is of a high standard. We would recommend The Gas Guy without hesitation.
Fantastic service from Mahroof, The Gas Guy. He completed a full strip down gas safe service and repairs on my boiler, making it look as good as new. Mahroof also took me through all of the repairs he had done and showed me photographs of the work completed, explaining everything clearly, as well as taking me through the functions on the boiler. Highly recommended to anyone who requires any gas or boiler work in the Bradford area - look no further!
