The customer service is polite and the location is okay. However collecting Evri parcels from this post office is unreliable, parcels are stored in a disorganised way and it is messy. I would not recommend this collection point for Evri collection / Ali Express.

I have been coming to this post office for a few years, the staff and very friendly and polite always have a positive experience when ever I go, never had any problems with anything since I have started coming here, definitely one of the best post office in Bradford always a quick and efficient service..

The new owners are doing a great job very helpful and polite. I hv been coming before but the new staff are going they way out posting, paying bills way easier. A big Thankyou from me plz keep it up👍

Every time I come in here I always have a positive experience. The staff are very friendly and informative, they know exactly what they are talking about and never make any mistakes. Been going here for years now and I travel the extra distance to go to this post office instead of others... well recommended!!!

The post office staff are great. I had been to the post office before but the new owners are doing a great job. They’re so polite and always going out of their way to help and make posting things easier.
