Your delivery service is becoming terrible day by day. Drivers don’t even attempt delivery, yet they update the status claiming the house is inaccessible. Why not provide photo proof of the building you say is inaccessible, just like you do when you deliver? I left my gate wide open for days because of this. I have some packages I’m sending to Africa as gifts. I checked the estimated delivery period before placing my order, but now you have ruined my plans and caused me additional costs. Please start providing proof whenever a location is marked as inaccessible.
Been waiting in all day for a parcel. Late parcel delivery person delivered an item next door and delivered their parcel. Then left 2 minutes later got a message saying attempted delivery. Well sorry you didn't try. You most probably overlooked the packet went to your next street and made an excuse that we wasn't in. Have doorcam showing you going next door and then returning to your vehicle.
My parcel arrived with the contents missing and a note appologising asking me to ring a number to sort it out. On ringing the number I was speaking to a recorded message from which I got no sense whatsoever. I assume, not for the first time by the Royal Mail, the contents were stolen.Trying to speak to a person is an impossibility. I think the Royal Mail are a disgrace to be avoided at all costs, at the moment I am £59.97 out of pocket.

Absolutely terrible service from Bradford Royal Mail. I was told my item would be delivered today — it wasn’t. In fact, it should have been delivered yesterday, but that didn't happen either. The staff outright lied to me about the delivery timeline and even charged me extra with no proper explanation. To make matters worse, the customer service was horrendous — rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I've never experienced such unprofessional and careless treatment. Avoid this location if you value your time and money.
