Thornbury Post Office

They are very unprofessional they are demanding £8 for delivery to DVLA and if you said i dont want this delivery then they charge 3.75 and asked are you sure to send on this amount and you said sure then you pay 3.75 but your parcel will not delivered they didn’t send even the parcel and you lost your documents. Choose Any of the main office of the post office Thank you.

The women doesn’t know the prices on postage or understand when I asking for tracked delivery she’s trying to give me signed for in the end I got fed up and ended paying the same amount I paid for a 2kg parcel because she wasn’t listening the parcel wasn’t even 1kg so paid exactly the same as my 2kg large one (black parcel is 2kg/ box only has 30ml small perfume which I was charged same amount as the large parcel)

Extremely alarming situation. Someone responsible of this place really need to check how the staff over there behave. i went on 20th October around 8 am, the staff at the counter who ever was on duty was so dirtily rude. Has no manners at all! obviously we as customers will not have entire information on the procedures to send an international courier. This man at the counter says 'we only send the courier we don't give any information'. My parcel has been returned from the customs and upon asking them they said "we don't know why its returned maybe there's a bomb inside". Is this an accepted language to speak to the customer? When i tracked the parcel online I saw the reason was because the form was not filled properly and basic information like weight of the parcel is not mentioned. The second time when i asked him the form was when he gave it to me. Why didn't he give that the first time?? How are these people allowed to work there without proper training or etiquettes or verification? Please go to the other Post offices avoid this one in particular since their language can get very dangerous and embarrassing !

Unfortunately very moody. Pick and choose who to say hi and bye to. Customer service is treating everyone equally and valuing every customer. A smile would help.

The WORST customer service and attitude with the staff here, this post office is a 4 min walk away from where I live but I will actively travel a bit further to avoid this shop
