The main man at the post office didn't ask what service I wanted and had no price list. He expected me to have blind faith in buying a service. He gave me a service which I thought was tracking as the parcel was going overseas. He gave service where there is no tracking or guarantee of delivery. My anxiety is up the roof. I had a mini stroke a couple of months ago. I can't handle stress. He could clearly see my daffodils badge, which every public sector is aware it for hidden disabilities. I also told him of my disability too. I went back for reassurance, and he said my delivery will be tracked, but it's not.. He was really rude, disrespectful, and did not take any accountability or responsibility for his behaviour or service. He later denied he was aware of my disability and said he didn't know what a daffodil badge was. I pray my parcel gets to my destination. Never give big item here to deliver .always be cautious.

The guy working at the window where you send letters out is highly rude to customers. I went in with my grandma and the guy started yelling at us that only 3 people are allowed into the store due to covid so we went to wait outside while 5 customers were already in the store. When 3 of them left we walked in and he started shouting again yelling at my grandma to leave and so we left and he kindly let another 2 customers in that were waiting before us. Very discriminating stuff and highly rude. Never returning again and will make a complaint about this person to the main office.
