Dylan and Jake came to carry out moss removal and treatment of our 3 bed semi. Very prompt and professional service from quote to completion. Have to mention Jake for a virtually unbroken 7 hour stint scraping the roof in bitterly cold weather! Would definitely recommend, prices good.

Would highly recommend Dylan and his team, offered help and advice but wasn’t pushy. Gave breakdown on prices, communication was excellent and arrived on time. Very pleased with all work done, roof, guttering, velux window also added. Clean and tidy plus property respected. 100% Recommended.

Had the valley on my roof replaced by Dylan and his team this morning. Very punctual, polite and knowledgeable from first phone call to clearing up and leaving. Dylan arrives on time, does a great job and offers good advice. He leaves a clean site and is very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend him for a job well done. Thank you Dylan

Dylan turned up to give me a quote, emailed me the cost for both valleys to be replaced, work carried out to a high standard. Very happy with the work and would recommend Dylan.

They did more damage to our roof than good. Avoid them! Hired Dylan Walsh and his mate to replace gutter, soffit, fascia, dry verge and part of the roof felt a couple of months back. They worked hard enough but the quality is so poor that it's beyond our imagination. They had to come back a few times to rectify their mistakes. For instance, they couldn't even tie a normal looking chimney cowl onto my normal looking chimney. Their excuse was that my chimney needed a special type of cowl and that was why it flew away. If the excuse made sense, why did they install that in the first place? The chimney cowl was supplied by THEM!!! It flew away and thankfully didn't damage anything in the process. They also messed up the drainage pipes while they did their roofing job so out bath couldn't drain. They messed up the insulation materials on the loft and lied to me that they put everything bk to it's original place....to name just a few! Once they got paid, I needed to leave several messages to threaten a lawsuit before they finally answered the phone. They called themselves roofers but I didn't know roofers don't need to learn how to measure when they qualify. The gutters they installed were too short at their first attempt (we got a semi) and too long for their finished job. Thet did a horrible job on our roof felt and the down pipes. The roof felt was a few feet too short when they demanded to be paid immediately, the same night when they finished their work before I had time to check properly. After they replaced 1 meter of the bottom felt, there were several mysterious holes at the same height of our existing old felt. I suspected that they they ruined the old felt but they denied, saying that they didn't go anywhere near it. The new roofer confirmed my suspicion. Sadly our roof is now leakier than before D.Walsh touched it. A lot of tradesmen came to do more jobs in our house and they all voluntarily noticed and pointed out several faults related to their work, eg roof tiles were not put back properly and downpipes wonky, they shouldn't have put a nail through the pipe ......to name just a few.... I found D.Walsh roofing through Google review but I honestly think the reviews are not genuine. Just had a close look, nearly of the reviews were left by people who only left one review or two, which is very suspicious!! Many of new reviews were left by reviewers with restricted profiles after me and two other unimpressed customers (or victims) left a negative review. I decided to leave this negative message to warn others to stay away from this untrustworthy bunch. By the way, they were not even cheap. I was charged 3700 pounds and now I need to replace the whole roof. Not happy at all! Update of the review: The dry verge replaced by Dylan was blown away in the storm Pia, landing in our neighbours' garden about 20 meters down the road. Hired an emergency roofer to fix the aftermath. After the roofer investigated Dylan's roof job, he was utterly shocked. The dry verge was the worst quality cheap plastic this roofer had seen in his 20 years of work. He said the roof felt was badly damaged by D.Walsh (see pictures) and even the roof structure is of a concern now. He pointed out the nails and screws on the fallen piece of wood, part of the dry verge. (Please see pictures but pay attention to the miniscule end of the screw, it's there if you look close enough)The new roofer couldn't understand why a person would choose an inadequately short screw to stabilise the dry verge. No wonder it got blown away. The new felt wasn't put in properly and the old felt was badly ruined by them. D.Walsh can't measure and doesn't know which screw is adequate. Doesn't know how to lay roof felt, doesn't know it's required to nail down laths before putting on dry verge....they shouldn't be qualified to touch anybody' roof! You were lucky, we didn't get around to sue you for the service you didn't deliver!! Waste of time and money.
