Russell responded immediately when we contacted him about a leaking roof vent. After we explained the issue and sent photos, he talked us through several repair options and provided a clear estimate. Unlike previous local roofers, he kept his promise to update us and arrived exactly when he said he would. It was a pleasure meeting Russell and his son. He reviewed our options again in person, identified the root of the problem, and worked tirelessly throughout a cold, miserable day to repair the roof. His professionalism, experience, and dedication were evident from start to finish. Russell is a fair, hardworking roofer with years of expertise—a genuine, competent tradesman. Father and son team. Came out really quickly to assess my roof and repaired the same day. Job was explained to me so I could understand and no complicated jargon. Put my roof back with an extra part last roofer left off so my roof is now secure. Both men were lovely to speak to, very professional and would highly recommend to anyone.

What a gem of a guy. Very informative, highly experienced and works to a very high standard. Takes pride in his work from start to finish. Recently i had a roof repair emergency due to bad weather. Contacted Russell senior just a day before to repair, replace broken and repoint ridge tiles to finish off. Will definitely be using Morgan Roofing again for any future roofing work.

Many thanks to Russell and his son for their help, professionalism and honesty on two repairs that were very difficult to work on due to restricted access. Excellent communication and Russell takes the time to explain the problem found and the remedial work, together with photos. The two Russells took on the awkward job of repairing the guttering on our old conservatory that no other firm would touch. Russell Snr. explained exactly what was required and they promptly fixed it. The gutter and work area was left very clean and tidy by Russell Jnr. so I will be happy to use Morgan Roofing again if any relevant work is needed. Thankyou Russell and Russell.
