DO NOT USE Diabolical after care service I contacted Purple roofing as I had water running down front of my house. Matthew came to access and told me I needed a new valley costing £1300, I had the work carried out but has not fixed the leak. Numerous calls and emails from my side, finally sent a guy back to patch up using some white filler. Water still leaking. They have stopped taking my calls, replying to watz apps and emails, leaving me in exactly in the same position and no option but to leave a negative review on my terrible experience. The ladies in office are useless as well, every time I called they just fob you off and have zero customer service skills. Not a sustainable way to run and maintain a business. 10/09/2024 In reply to purple roofing response. Instead of the business owner contacting me direct to resolve this issue in a professional and amicable way. Matt has instead decided to reply with lies, which is yet again is very disappointing and a highlights my valid points of lack of customer service and after sales care. As my review states, I contacted purple roofing and explained the issue i had. Matt advised me, I need a new valley which would stop the leak. I didn’t even know what a valley was before Matt told me i needed a new one. So for Matt to state I informed him what was defective is a blatant lie. I am not a roof expert, I have no Idea what is coursing the leak or what was needed to be done to fix it. Matt has clearly misdiagnosed the leak issue resulting In me agreeing to having new valley to be replaced, when it wasn’t required. I have now also been accused of being aggressive, Really! Is this the level you need to go to. I hope your calls are recorded as if they are please listen to them and you will see each time I’ve called and was promised a call back (which never happened) I’ve remained calm professionally and polite. It’s shame I’ve not received the same level or courtesy. I’m a customer and this is the way I’ve been treated. The image attached was taken last week. Is this is not enough as photo evidence as per your Request. The feedback left is a true reflection my experience.

From my first conversation with Matt, I have been impressed by this company and it's focus on the customer. I had some leaks and damp in the top room of house. Matt came to view my roof and he gave me some great advice. I decided to have the roof replaced and Matt fitted me in just before Christmas 2022. His team worked so hard in bitter cold but they made sure the house was dry and comfortable throughout. My house is quite old, so I was expecting some problems but Matt and I discussed each one as they occurred and we resolved them. It's been nearly 8 months, with some really challenging weather and the roof is great, so I know it is quality work. Plus I have the security of the 10 year guarantee. I am very happy to recommend the Purple Roofing company.

Matthew came out to do a survey on our roof following numerous leaks in the upstairs of our property. We quickly received a full report with photographs and decided to have a full new roof installation. We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out, Matthew and all his team are true professionals that really care about their customers.We were kept fully informed throughout the project, what more can you ask for. Our property was left clean and tidy on completion, a window cleaner was even sent to clean all the PVC. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much no more crossing our fingers when it rains!!

Don't usually leave reviews but, I cannot speak highly enough about Matthew & his team! Matthew visited my property to inspect a potential leaking roof & I instantly felt trusting of him. He was very knowledable and he also had time for a chat, where his passion for his company was apparent. No unnessecery work was undertaken, his team turned up a few days later & were professional and efficent. I was very happy with the price for the work carried out. My home buyers solicitor wanted an inspection of the roof. I tried 2 other roofers they promised they would come for 2 weeks and failed to turn up. My buyers were getting distressed at the lack of results my daughter noticed Purple Roofing and I rang. The service was professional, Mat came on The same day when I explained it was holding up the sale of my home. He came and said the roof was absolutely fine so just paid for the report which was produced for the solicitor the following morning. His mantra was if it’s not broken don’t fix it. This company could have told me anything but was happy to walk away not gaining any work. An honest timely roofer. A breath of fresh air in this uncertain times. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
