Bradford Self Storage

I have had a fantastic experience from start to finish at Bradford Self Storage. The unit is brand new and is kept exceptionally clean. The individual units are a good size and very reasonably priced. Opening hours are also good especially at weekend. The staff go above beyond to help where ever possible. Special mention to Charlotte and Elliott Definitely recommend them.

This company were great ! Putting up with me forgetting my padlock code, needing to downsize the unit, and more. They actually helped by accepting payment and doing the down sizing for me, moving my remaining items to a cheaper and smaller unit. Very polite, understanding and accomodating. Excellent service all round.

In a sentence - absolutely first class in every way. I’m disabled. I have a few problems. The staff at Bradford/Leeds Self Storage couldn’t have been more professional or more helpful. I’m delighted to have chosen their services. (I have used other similar companies in the past and found they couldn’t care less.) Facilities are easy to understand and access is easy. Terms are super-easy to follow (no jargon, just ordinary plain English). Queries are dealt with quickly and I was in and out super-quick. I also left with the confidence that my stuff is safe. In another sentence; it was faultless. Thank you, Elliot, for looking after me. UPDATE: I have now completed a whole contract with this company and it’s been faultless throughout. Everything has been clear, upfront and very reasonable. I simply wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else; I’d just come back here. Thank you for an excellent service.

Just a wonderful, helpful and supportive experience. Charlotte and Elliot explained all and everything about storage and were also very pleasant to talk with. They actually helped me through the house moving experience with their care and professional attitude. I would strongly recommend this storage facility.
