Michelle provided excellent customer service from start to finish and is faultless in her attention to detail . She helped me choose, source and match up material for my curtains and was communicative and responsive throughout the process . Her works unit was easy to find , using sat nav , which was important as I was travelling from Calderdale . Cannot praise this lady enough . Totally fabulous x

Michelle literally saved me a fortune when the dress I had bought for my daughter's wedding a year ago, was too big when I tried it on 2 weeks before the wedding! She was an absolute star and took care of the alternations needed on a very expensive dress, which now fits like a dream ! I will be forever grateful to Michelle, a lovely person.

Michelle is lovely and really accommodating. I've had curtains and a bridesmaid dress altered and both were done really reasonably. The shop is really easy to find so I'm sure why people have struggled and i haven't lived in the area long.

Was puzzled by your description of "covers Calderdale" until I went to the address at Idle and found the site very off putting for visitors with most parking places being labelled Private. Unit 2 was almost Fort Knox like being all locked up, as no opening times left wondering if location might be Calderdale. The information given on this website needs clarification.
