Unfair treatment towards passengers. Places on the itinerary skipped however full Prices charged. Poor service. We have been travelling with GH for a few years now. However, the latest trip to the Lake District was very disappointing. I was told by the manager the itinerary stated the passengers would be taken to the lake in Ambleside, however Rob the driver did not take us to any lake instead he dropped us off at the shops in both towns and went himself to the lake for fish and chips. We did not see any lake on the entire trip as stated We asked “Rob” the driver on the way back a few minutes before if he could drop us off on the route he was going (again I’ve been told by the management this isn’t an issue if it’s on the way and is safe to do so which it was we asked anywhere on the main road where he could) he replied “I’m not allowed to stop anywhere else”. However a few minutes later Rob proceeded to drop off two other passengers. On the same route he claimed he wasn’t able to stop I find the staff quite rude even when calling on the telephone to discuss a booking they lack manners and are quite aggressive. The drivers are also very aggressive and do treat passengers differently to their usual group.

Just been on a trip on Friday 22nd August to Stratford upon Avon, our coach driver steph was nice and friendly, she did a wonderful job getting us there amongst all the heavy traffic and a couple of holdups with road works but she made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the day, and on the way back home she was kind enough to stop at mayo avenue morrisons to let me get off so I wouldn't have to go all the way into town which was easier for me, so thankyou steph for a good day, have used globe before and will use them again, coach was clean and she made sure we were kept cool in the heat as the day was so warm

I loved the experience, I went to Skegness. Very kind of the driver to wait for someone who called that they will be late. Will definitely be going on another trip with them.

Great day trip with Alex from Bradford to Pickering, Thornton le Dale and Whitby.

My daughter ,friend and I have just returned from the Norfolk trip to see the Christmas Show at Thurlsford. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel (Knights Hill) was excellent, and clean , with comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, and excellent food. We would defiantly stay there again. Our driver Lee and Nicky made the break for us, they were so friendly, helpful and kind. Great music on the coach, with all the Christmas trimmings to get us in the mood for the wonderful show at Thurlsford. Thank you. Only negative was the extra journey time there and back to Harrogate, with all the pick ups.
