Dear owner I have spoken to two of your staff about this i have offered your staff my bank details while I was in the shop they wouldn't take them saying that I had to email them my details which I'm not prepared to do

Sarah at Idle travel has been amazing from start to finish. After Virgin airlines as always let us down Sarah and Ocean travel came to the rescue. I will be definitely using Idle travel again ( if Sarah will want us again 🙈 ) and would 100% recommend them to anyone. FABULOUS customer service. Thank you Sarah

Fantastic friendly staff who go above and beyond to find your perfect holiday! We went in with a list of must haves but no specifics for places and Kay found our perfect holiday! Highly recommended and won't book through anyone else from now on!.

Friendly very knowledgeable staff. They came up with a holiday in Barbados that went beyond our dreams. We couldn't beat the price anywhere. We intend to book with them again for next year. Special thanks to Sarah and Anne.
