SM Travel have to be most efficient and professional travel agents ever!!! Yes, really. Im an OAP, so have employed the services of dozens of travel agents but SM Travel are outstanding and Mr Usama Ali has unrivalled comprehensive travel knowledge. AND has an amazing memory for detail. I simply cannot praise this company highly enough.

What can i say,from having a meltdown Monday and unable to complete my visa. I contacted Usama Ali late monday evening and speaking on Tuesday re completing the particulars and today receiving my E-Visa Wednesday morning, Usama Ali you are the best Wishing you and your company all the best for a prosperous new year and years to come.

I had a great experience with SM travel, staff helped me to find the best deal, booking was very smooth and then changing the tickets after few days due to my personal reasons, the whole process was carried out by SM Travel with no issues at all.
