We had the honour of travelling for Hajj with SkyFly Bradford from 24th May to 17th June 2025, and from start to finish, it was an absolutely outstanding experience. Group Leaders Shahid Bhai, Mazar Bhai and Hafiz Mohammed Riaz Chishti were simply great!. Their dedication, knowledge, and care for every single member of the group truly set the tone for a spiritual and stress-free journey. They were approachable, well-organised, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and focused on our ibadah. We flew with Egypt Air, and the flight experience was excellent. Everything was punctual and smooth, and we had plenty of time to change into our Ihrams, which allowed us to start the journey with ease and peace of mind. Our accommodation in Makkah at DreamZone Hotel was brilliant – we had an entire floor to ourselves, which gave our group a real sense of community and togetherness. All meals provided were authentic and delicious Pakistani food, served fresh and with generous portions. In Madinah, we stayed at Artal Madinah, a clean and conveniently located hotel just a short walk from Masjid al-Nabawi. Again, food and service were excellent. One of the highlights was the amazing group of fellow Hajjis – everyone was respectful, helpful, and spiritually focused, making it a warm and uplifting environment to be part of. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be clearer communication during the key Hajj days, especially in Mina. While the overall experience was smooth, having a bit more structured information or regular updates during that part of the journey would have helped manage expectations and movement better. That said, from logistics to leadership, SkyFly Bradford delivered a five-star service, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning their Hajj. May Allah reward Shahid Butt, Hafiz Mohammed Riaz Chishti, and the entire SkyFly team for facilitating such a beautiful and well-managed pilgrimage. I recently had the honour of performing Hajj with this group, and it was a truly spiritual and unforgettable experience. The organisers were excellent — always available when needed and kept the group well-informed through regular updates in the chat. One of the standout aspects was having an Imam available throughout the trip. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or clarify matters. His support brought a great sense of reassurance during the journey. The highlight, of course, was the Hajj itself, and having a supportive group made a big difference. The food could be better catered to younger people’s preferences, but overall, everything was managed well. During the days of Jamarat, when crowd movement became intense and authorities were directing people to keep moving, it was understandably difficult to keep the group together. A bit more support at the back might have helped, but given the circumstances, the team did their best and their dedication was clear. I would definitely recommend creating a medical conditions list so that the agents know who may need extra attention while out. It would be helpful to allocate a dedicated leader for those with medical needs — especially for individuals travelling alone, older couples, or anyone whose partner might struggle to manage alone. Families with members who have medical conditions might handle it themselves, but others should definitely be supported. I would also strongly recommend that anyone going for Hajj takes time to study and understand the rituals and requirements beforehand. While support is available, there are times — especially during busy moments — when you may need to rely on your own knowledge. Special thanks to Shahid Bhai, Haleem Bhai, Umar Bhai, Mazhar Bhai, and Hafiz Riaz for their tireless efforts, patience, and support throughout the journey. – Shahid Bhai arranged and organised the trip effectively and gave a clear outline of the entire plan and explained the process from start to finish, which was incredibly helpful. – Umar Bhai handled the passport process efficiently and with great care. – Haleem Bhai managed the Hajj visa arrangements smoothly and provided continual support throughout the trip. Their commitment and hard work made a huge difference and were truly appreciated. Overall, I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend this group to anyone considering Hajj. Their care, guidance, and spiritual support helped make a complex journey much easier to navigate.
